Exchange Policy
As dictated by the rules of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores, enjoy up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the total withdrawal of the purchase.
- Exchange by choice or regret
It can be done as long as it occurs within 7 days after delivery of the product.
For repentance, only complete orders will be accepted, and a partial return of an order for regret is not possible. The store does not bear the postage costs for this type of exchange.
In the case of an exchange by option, it is necessary to contact the store through our Service Center informing the order number and the item that will be exchanged to check the availability of stock.
*Products on sale or sale will only be exchanged for products in the same category, and it is not possible to exchange for items outside the promotion. If you have any questions about size or other information about the product you want to purchase, please contact the Customer Service, because if you do not have any other products on sale in the value or size you want to exchange, we have no way of doing it. there and unfortunately you will keep the product.

The customer will receive a reply by email with all the instructions for making the exchange. The product cannot show any signs of use. All original packaging must be returned with the product at the time of exchange, undamaged. Do not return the product without first communicating us by email and receiving our confirmation and instructions. If so, the exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping to the store is always at the customer's expense .
